: The Knights of Peter Claver Jr. Knights and Jr. Daughters are sponsoring a Trunk-or-Treat Halloween Bash on Sunday, October 29 from 3PM-6PM inside the Parish Activity Center and outside in the adjoining church parking lot.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Please complete and submit this online form by Sunday, October 22.
2. Participating Trunk-or-Treat vehicles must be parked and decorated by 2:45PM in a parking space of your choice in the parking lot adjacent to the Parish Activity Center.
3. We welcome your choice of creative decorations and selection of treats and/or games. Understandably, your choices and selections will be age-appropriate and safe.
4. The Trunk-or-Treat portion of the Halloween Bash ends at 3:45PM with "Best Decorated Trunk" awards.

As a participant in the Trunk-or-Treat portion of the Halloween Bash, I waive, release and discharge the members of the Knights of Peter Claver and Ladies Auxiliary (Wilfred B.
