Immaculate Conception Church is a vibrant Catholic parish of the Diocese of Baton Rouge that is anchored in the heart of Scotlandville and near Southern University and A&M College. We are staffed by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) with a special mission to serve the African American Catholic community. Our parishioners travel from as far away as from Baker, Zachary, Prairieville and New Orleans and from throughout Baton Rouge to worship and fellowship here.

EVERYONE  and ANYONE is welcome to worship and fellowship at our church!  We hope that you find our website and Facebook and Instagram Pages to be informative and inspirational. At Immaculate Conception, our praise song is: "God is good all the time; and all the time, God is good!"
